We really hope you’re happy with your purchase. If you decide it’s not quite right for you, you can return most items to us within 14 days of purchase or receiving your order, whichever is later.

When making a return please be aware of the following:

Items must be returned in a fully resalable condition, which means being unworn, undamaged and in original packagingand in the original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse a return on items deemed not to be resealable. Buyers are responsible for return postage costs.

For hygiene reasons, jewellery for piercings such as earrings purchased online can only be returned to our website if unopened and still within fully sealed tamper-proof packaging.

In the case that an item arrives to you faulty please let us know by email with 14 days of receipt. We will ask you to send us images of the item fault as well as images of the original packaging so we can see if the fault may have occurred from postal handling. We will send out a replacement item for you.
